A Successful WGCNC Ladies Coaching Camp – Coffs Harbour

The WGCNC Ladies Coaching Camp was held at Coffs Harbour Golf Club on the weekend of May 15 – 16. For the cost of $170, the 22 attendees enjoyed one and a half days of coaching and a nine-hole 2 person ambrose competition on Sunday afternoon. With lunches included on both days and a buffet dinner at a local Coffs Harbour Indian restaurant on Saturday night everyone agreed it was excellent value.

All aspects of the game were covered, including long and short game clinics, putting and recovery shots. There was also a talk on course management.

Participants came from various clubs over the district, and ranged in handicap from 13 to 54. Comments were universally complimentary, with everyone enjoying the weekend and looking forward to trying out their new skills on their home course.  Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this event.
