Great fun at Ladies Camp weekend at Forster/Tuncurry… 

The ladies camp at Tuncurry was a great success. One of the BEST!!!!  The coaches Rob Hurley Forster/Tuncurry Pro and Chantale McCallum a Pro from Port Macquarie, did a great job and worked well together.  The drills, course management and etiquette was very informative.   The ladies LOVED having a “female” coach, and I’m sure Catherine will employ Chantale at future Camps for both Ladies and Juniors.  I was sorry I didn’t sign up.

The golf ability of the 24 ladies varied considerably, with 14 ladies reasonably new golfers or those still at the top end of the handicap range.  They were put into two groups and it worked well.

All the ladies were very happy with the format and the Dinner on Saturday night was great.  The food especially good value and the activities Catherine organised were well received as you will see by the Photos.

Several ladies asked when the NEXT one is!!  Some thought if it could be held when it’s cooler would be good. It was very hot on Saturday and not much cooler on Sunday.  All up we used 72 bottles of water!!!!
